The Strong One
She handles everything. Even when she wishes someone would notice how much she's carrying.
For accomplished women who have built a life they once wanted — and can feel that something no longer fits.
The Becoming Intensive
Maybe it's the opportunity you're no longer excited about.
The conversation you've been putting off because you know telling the truth could change things.
The role you're still playing because other people recognize you there, even though something in you has already moved on.
You know something needs to change.
But every time you get close to deciding, you find another reason to wait.
In three hours, you'll see which identity has been keeping you repeating the same scenarios, name the decision you've been putting off, and write your plan for the next 90 days.
Without needing to figure out your entire future first.

This may be where you are
Nothing has to be visibly wrong for something to feel deeply unfinished.
You may have noticed:
And perhaps the hardest part is that you know how to make things happen.
You've done it your entire life.
You know how to work harder, think more carefully, gather information, and follow through.
Yet this particular decision keeps returning.
What if more thinking isn't going to give you the answer?
What if you need to examine who has been allowed to make the decision?
The deeper problem
She served you well.
She earned the degree. Took the responsibility. Kept the peace. Built the career. Held everything together.
She learned what was expected, what was rewarded, and what made her valuable.
And somewhere along the way, those ways of being became identities.
She handles everything. Even when she wishes someone would notice how much she's carrying.
She says yes because disappointing someone feels harder than disappointing herself.
She reaches the goal, feels satisfied for an afternoon, then finds the next thing to prove.
She can see exactly what needs to happen in everyone else's life while postponing a decision in her own.
She knows what she wants to say. Then she edits it until everyone else can comfortably hear it.
She has made herself so indispensable that stepping away feels almost impossible.
She knows which choice will earn approval. She is less certain which one will make her happy.
She leads confidently in public, then asks five people before trusting a private decision.
You may recognize yourself in one of these women.
You may recognize several.
They helped you build a life.
But the qualities that helped you become successful can also make it difficult to choose something different.
And that has a cost.
You can respect the woman who brought you here without allowing her to make every decision about where you go next.
The real question
You've probably already tried.
And perhaps you've noticed that the more you think about it, the more complicated the decision becomes.
Because you're trying to answer the practical question without examining the identity that's answering it.
Should I leave or stay?
Should I accept the opportunity?
Should I tell the truth?
Should I choose what I actually want, even if someone is disappointed?
Underneath each question may be another:
Am I making this decision from the woman I am now — or from the woman I learned I had to be?
That's the question we answer in The Becoming Intensive.
I won't send you away with more questions to think about alone. I'll guide you as you see the identity you've been living from, understand what it has protected, and decide what you're ready to do differently.
You do your own thinking and writing.
I guide the process, one step at a time.
So you can stop circling the same question and begin making a practical choice.
What you leave with
You don't need to resolve every question about your future in one afternoon.
You need somewhere to begin.
By the end of The Becoming Intensive, you'll have created your personal 90-Day Becoming Roadmap, built around four specific things.
The decision you've been circling, stated plainly.
You may still need to take steps before implementing it. But you'll know what you're deciding and why it matters.
You'll identify who you need to speak with and write down what you actually want to say.
So you can stop having the conversation only in your head.
You'll name where you've been repeatedly setting yourself aside, what needs to change, and how you'll respond when the old expectation returns.
A specific action you can take in your real life within the next 90 days.
Something that allows you to begin moving forward without demanding that you already know how everything will unfold.
You'll leave with your next steps written down, not one more insight to figure out later.

What happens inside
A guided process with a clear order.
You won't be asked to arrive with all the answers or explain your entire life to a room of strangers.
We'll meet as a group on Zoom. You'll complete your own writing and reflection while I guide you through each stage.
Before we meet
You'll begin by identifying what has been changing, what no longer fits, what you're afraid to release, and the decision you've been postponing.
This gives you a starting point before the live experience begins.
Part 1
We begin with the woman you've learned to be.
You'll examine the role she's played, what she's helped you accomplish, and what staying in that identity may now be costing you.
You'll identify the strengths worth keeping and the patterns that may no longer belong in charge.
Part 2
This is where we get to the decision itself.
You'll identify what you've been postponing, what loyalties or expectations may be influencing you, and what making a different choice would require.
You'll practice telling the difference between fear worth listening to and fear that doesn't get to decide.
Part 3
You'll put into words who you're choosing to become.
What you're keeping.
What you're releasing.
What you're no longer willing to negotiate away.
And how you want to respond when someone whose opinion matters doesn't agree with your choice.
Part 4
We turn what you've seen into a plan.
One decision.
One conversation.
One boundary.
One experiment.
You'll write down your next steps so you have something to return to when ordinary life resumes.
What matters most is what changes after you close your laptop.
Everything included
The live intensive is the beginning.
Your registration also includes:
You'll have a clear process, a written plan, and ways to come back to it as you put it into practice.

Meet Lindsey
Hi, I’m Lindsey.
Back in Zimbabwe, I had a thriving public career. I worked in PR, spoke on radio, appeared on television, and knew how to take up space.
Then I moved to Canada.
And somewhere in the process of starting again, an older version of me quietly took over.
I became easy to accommodate. Low-maintenance. Grateful. The woman who worked hard, asked for very little, proved her value and tried not to make life difficult for anyone.
It looked like adaptability, resilience, and ambition, but little by little, I was disappearing inside it.
I remember negotiating with myself over whether I was allowed to ask my manager for a few hours off to take my son to the doctor.
That moment stopped me because the woman who had once used her voice publicly — on radio, television, and in rooms where being heard was part of who she was — was now afraid to use that same voice to advocate for something as basic as her own child’s needs.
That was when I had to ask myself a question I could no longer avoid:
What identity am I still protecting?
I began to see that my overdelivering wasn’t just about having a strong work ethic.
My guilt around rest wasn’t just because I was ambitious.
My need to be easy, useful and approved of wasn’t simply “who I was.”
These were ways of being that had served me in the past. They had helped me adapt, belong and prove myself in unfamiliar environments, but they had quietly become unseen rules I lived by and I was still obeying them long after I needed to.
That realization changed the way I understood becoming.
Sometimes you don’t need to become a more confident, successful or powerful version of yourself.
Sometimes you need to notice the identity that has been making your decisions — thank her for how far she brought you — and stop letting her decide what happens next.
That is the work at the heart of The Becoming Intensive. I don’t want to help you manufacture another version of yourself to perform.
I want to help you recognize where you may have stopped allowing yourself to be fully you — and begin making your next decisions from there.
In their words
These testimonials reflect previous work with Lindsey and are not presented as results from this specific intensive.
“She helped me find the exact place where I keep losing myself in certain rooms — and why.”
“I came into my session with a challenge I had been managing for years without knowing exactly what it was. In one conversation, Lindsey asked me a question that changed the way I understand my own leadership.
She did not give me strategies or tell me what to do differently. She helped me find the exact place where I keep losing myself in certain rooms and why.
I left knowing something about myself that I had never been able to name before.”
“A conversation with Lindsey gave me the ability to name what I wanted without immediately asking myself whether I deserved it.”
“I had already begun building the vision. A conversation with Lindsey gave me the ability to name what I wanted without immediately asking myself whether I deserved it.
That shift was grounded and quiet, and it changed everything about how I moved forward.”
“She gave me specific tools for the moments I typically freeze.”
“I came to Lindsey at a moment of significant transition, stepping into a new advisory role that I knew I was ready for and still feeling the familiar doubt creeping in.
What struck me most was how quickly she helped me see that the doubt was not evidence of anything real.”
The work is personal. The decisions remain yours.
My role is to help you see what has been shaping them, so your next choice is truly yours.
This is for you if
You don't need to know exactly what your next chapter looks like.
You do need to be willing to consider what might change if you stopped making every decision according to who you've always been expected to be.
This is not for you if
I will guide the work.
You will make your own decisions.

No. The purpose is to help you understand what has been influencing your decisions and make a conscious choice for yourself.
No. The Becoming Intensive is coaching. We focus on who you've been, what you're deciding, and what you'll do next. It is not medical or mental health care.
You can request a full refund by emailing within seven days of purchase, provided the intensive has not started.
You'll join the Facebook Group and complete your Becoming Assessment before the live intensive. After the event, you'll have seven days of Facebook Group support and a group integration call within 21 to 30 days.
You can keep your ambition.
Your strength.
Your ability to lead, care, accomplish, and create.
You can be grateful for everything the woman you've been has made possible.
And still decide that some of the rules she lived by no longer belong in charge.
You may not know exactly where your next chapter leads.
But you can know what decision you're ready to make.
What conversation needs to happen.
What boundary needs to hold.
And what first step you are willing to take.
Give yourself three hours to stop circling the question and begin deciding what comes next.
