What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, your email address and the details of your order. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site counts visits to its pages. Your browser keeps a random number so each visit is counted once a day. That number is not your name or email, and it never leaves this site. Your browser also keeps a short note of the website, app or link that sent you here. When you buy, that note is saved with your order, so we know where you found us.

Why we collect it

To take your payment, to send you what you paid for, to answer you when you write to us, and to keep the records the tax office expects.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Our hosting provider serves these pages. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them for advertising. When you buy, we add your name and email address to our email list at Kit. We use it to send you what you bought and our other emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Site analytics

This site uses PostHog to see how visitors use its pages, like which pages they open and what they click. It may record a visit so it can be played back. PostHog may set cookies in your browser.

When you buy, our server also tells PostHog that it happened. It sends what you bought and how much you paid, the random number this site keeps in your browser, and your email address, so the sale or signup is tied to the visit that led to it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Write to hello@lindseymachona.ca to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We answer every request.

Our promise

Email me within 7 days of buying for a full refund, as long as the intensive has not started yet.

Questions about any of this? Email hello@lindseymachona.ca and a person will answer.
